So, like, the New York Giants, right? They just got this Abdul Carter dude who’s gonna change the game with his edge rushing skills. And get this, they also traded up to snag a potential franchise quarterback from Ole Miss named Jaxson Dart.
Basically, the Giants traded some picks to the Texans to move up to No. 25 in the 2025 NFL Draft and take Dart. And all these draft experts like Todd McShay and Peter Schrager were saying the Giants would pick Dart, so it’s no surprise.
Oh, and apparently, Giants GM Joe Schoen’s son put up a highlight reel of Dart on Instagram. Coincidence? Who knows, man. But now the Giants think they’ve found their QB of the future.
Dart is gonna sit behind Russell Wilson and Jameis Winston, who both know a thing or two about winning Super Bowls. Plus, he’s got connections to Eli Manning and his coach Charlie Weis Jr. who used to work with Giants head coach Brian Daboll.
And let’s not forget Lane Kiffin, the Ole Miss coach who handed over the reins to Daboll at Alabama. It’s all coming together for Dart, who had a killer season in 2024 with over 4,000 passing yards and 29 touchdowns.
Sure, he’s young and needs some polishing, but he’s gonna learn from some seasoned pros. So, if you wanna know more about Jaxson Dart and the Giants, check out AMNY.com, I guess.
