Police are searching for a group of individuals who attacked a migrant outside a hotel in Midtown on Tuesday night. The incident took place outside the Row NYC Hotel, which is currently being used as a migrant shelter. The victim, a 42-year-old migrant man, got into an argument with the group of men, which quickly escalated into violence. One of the suspects then stabbed the victim in the left hip with a sharp object before fleeing the scene along with the others.
The victim was immediately taken to Bellevue Hospital by EMS for treatment and is expected to recover from his injuries. Despite efforts by law enforcement to determine the cause of the argument, the victim has been uncooperative with the investigation. As of now, no arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
