For four days only, starting on December 2nd, Carnegie Deli and Temple Bar are teaming up to bring a unique dining experience to New York City. The collaboration, known as “Deli After Dark,” will take place at Temple Bar and will combine the classic flavors of Carnegie Deli with the vibrant atmosphere of Temple Bar’s nightlife scene.

According to Sarri Harper, co-owner of Carnegie Deli, this partnership aims to celebrate the shared heritage of both establishments, which hold a special place in New York City history. The menu for Deli After Dark will feature a modern twist on traditional deli favorites, such as Knish n’ Caviar, New York ‘Crudo’, and Loaded Disco Fries. Other menu items include Pastrami Grilled Cheese, Carnegie Corned Beef Reuben Sliders, and Carnegie New York Cheesecake.
