The Disturbing Incident

Banks is accused of engaging in a dispute with a 35-year-old man aboard a northbound 2 train around 9:40 a.m. on Jan. 1. Shockingly, during the argument, he allegedly stabbed the victim in the back with a large knife. The victim was promptly rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he managed to survive the harrowing ordeal.

Subsequent Attack

Law enforcement sources also revealed that Banks is suspected of stabbing a 47-year-old MTA worker in the armpit and back one day later at around 4:10 p.m. on a northbound 5 train platform at the Pelham Parkway Station. Fortunately, the victim received treatment at Jacobi Hospital. However, it is important to note that Banks has not yet been charged in connection with this attack.

Criminal History Unveiled

Police sources disclosed that Banks has an extensive criminal history, with over 50 arrests under his belt. In a disturbing incident in October 2022, Banks allegedly stabbed a man in the leg aboard a northbound 2 train, leading to assault charges.
